The format
Once a month, Phetso opens a live conversation on Zoom built around a single, carefully chosen theme. No slides, no pitch. Just one hour of thinking out loud together.
Before the session, participants send in the questions they are genuinely sitting with. Phetso reads them all, notices the patterns, and responds to a selection live, weaving individual questions into the shared ones so the conversation belongs to everyone in the room.
It's less a webinar and more a considered conversation you happen to be invited into.

This month we sit with a quiet contradiction many capable people carry: the evidence says you can, and yet the doubt stays. We'll explore confidence, leadership, visibility, decisions, career moves, finding your voice, and what it really takes to back yourself.
How it works

Add your name, email and country. Seats are limited to keep the conversation intimate.

If question spots remain, share the one thing you're genuinely wondering about this month's theme — now, or later through your private link, up to 48 hours before the session.

Come to Zoom, settle in, and listen as the conversation unfolds around the questions in the room.
Submitting a question doesn't guarantee an individual answer. Phetso may group similar questions and speak to the shared themes during the session.
What to expect live
Ask Phetso is designed to be experienced live. Sessions are not recorded, and no replay will be available — that's part of what makes the room feel honest.
Enough time to go somewhere real, without overstaying.
The conversation is built mostly around the questions sent in beforehand.
Questions are read without names. Your details are never shown to other attendees.
Phetso may bring similar questions together and speak to the shared thread.
The final 10–15 minutes may open for questions from the room.
Come as you are. Camera on or off is entirely your choice.
