The format
Once a month, Phetso opens a live conversation on Zoom built around a single, carefully chosen theme. No slides, no pitch. Just a considered conversation together.
Before the session, participants send in the questions they are genuinely sitting with. Phetso reads them all, notices the patterns, and responds to a selection live, weaving individual questions into the shared ones so the conversation belongs to everyone in the room.
It's less a webinar and more a considered conversation you happen to be invited into.
November 2026 · This month’s conversation
Sometimes I know what I want before I am ready to admit it. I can see the direction. I can name what needs to change. But then I begin thinking about what choosing it might cost me: the stability I have worked hard to build, the approval of people I care about, or an identity I have carried for years.
In October, we explored what happens when I know I am capable, but still doubt myself. In November, I want to take that conversation further. What happens when I trust myself enough to acknowledge what I want—but feel afraid of what choosing it might change?
I believe those fears deserve an honest conversation. There are responsibilities to consider, consequences to prepare for, and relationships that matter. There is also a cost to repeatedly postponing something I know matters to me.
Together, we will explore what we already know, what we fear losing, and how to make a considered choice without needing certainty or everyone’s agreement. If there is a decision you have been carrying quietly, I would love to have you in this conversation.
#StayIncredible 💎
What do I already know that I keep trying not to know?
What am I afraid I will lose if I choose what I want? Explore approval, security, belonging, money, identity and relationships, alongside the cost of staying.
What does it look like to make a self-trusting decision without needing certainty or everyone’s agreement?
Self-trust does not remove the cost of a decision. It helps me assess that cost honestly, prepare for it, and remain on my own side afterward.
How it works
01
Add your name, email and country. Seats are limited to keep the conversation intimate.
02
If question spots remain, share the one thing you're genuinely wondering about this month's theme — now, or later through your private link, up to 48 hours before the session.
03
Come to Zoom, settle in, and listen as the conversation unfolds around the questions in the room.
Submitting a question doesn't guarantee an individual answer. Phetso may group similar questions and speak to the shared themes during the session.
What to expect live
Ask Phetso is designed to be experienced live. Sessions are not recorded, and no replay will be available — that's part of what makes the room feel honest.
Enough time to go somewhere real, without overstaying.
The conversation is built mostly around the questions sent in beforehand.
Questions are read without names. Your details are never shown to other attendees.
Phetso may bring similar questions together and speak to the shared thread.
The final 10–15 minutes may open for questions from the room.
Come as you are. Camera on or off is entirely your choice.
